906 Aladdin Heating Corp. – Dehumidifier, 7500 CFM, Blower Unit: Type BB, size 222, RPM 1420, S/N 23593, S.P. 2-14:
This unit uses silica gel dessicant, has two electric motors that power fans via drive belts, 3 and 5 horsepower 220/440 volt 3 phase. Motors are easily accessible / easily changed if you want
single phase power. Natural gas/propane gas secondary heater, 1 inch supply, mounted on top of the unit.

Preliminary water heat-exchanger to pre-heat the air. (See the 1.5" white PVC supply pipes in photo) The water heat exchanger is 6'x6'x11' long, with 16 inch diameter air ducting supply, estimated weight: 1500 pounds ([see photo] smaller part of the unit at right hand side of main unit).

The drying unit main part, with last operated year 1999 silica gel dessicant still in it, is 5.5' wide x 10.5' high x 8' long, estimated weight 4000 pounds. It is currently installed and in operable condition for your examination in Sebastopol, CA.

This equipment was previously utilized to maintain air humidity levels at 2% in a food manufacturing plant. We can arrange to have an equipment engineer, familiar with this dehumidifier, discuss your application, although there may be a charge for the consultation.
